The Files of Cayden M. Wessel

Instead of saving every single piece of work Cayden comes home with, (which is what I would totally do) I am going to either scan or take a picture of what he comes home with. I am going to create a page on the blog called: The Files of Cayden M. Wessel. I am going to create one for Cole too!

Cole's new daycare!

So far he cries and screams every morning. But...when it's time to pick him up he can't wait to tell me about his day. 

Mommy: How was your day Cole?

Cole: I play teacher and I play tunnel slide. Or...I go potty.

The room he is in is a potty-training room so they go every hour. He has gone potty 1 time, but unfortunately missed the toilet and got it on his shorts. But...I call it success anyways! They also do not drink out of zippy cups, they drink out of regular cups. 

So far he has played with play-doh, painted, and had fun with his new friends!

I just thought this was so cute...I looked over at the video monitor and Cole was sleeping like this.

How do you get your 5 year old to take his vitamin without a fight? Make it a contest of who can take their vitamin first! 

Hmm...fashion police! Please help me explain to Cayden why this just doesn't look right.

Cole was sitting on me while I was laying down and telling me stories. They were very serious stories. But really...he kept asking me what song was on, because I had Pandora on. After I told him the song he would say, "The song ______(whatever the song is) is on the TV?!" Yes Cole...then he would ask again, What song on tv? 

I am NOT ready for our summer to be over. 5 days and 6 nights left...

Cayden starts Kindergarten August 13th! He is so excited and really excited for homework.
