Cayden ate his first grilled cheese sandwich Friday night, and ate almost a 1/2 of a sandwich. Finally…something he will eat! Then it was time to play!
Saturday night we went to Pepperjax Grill in Overland Park. Let me just say, I think they have the best Philly Cheese Steak, EVER! Cayden even tried some steak, liked it, and ate it! But since he did not eat very much, he also got some baby food-sweet potatoes & chicken and carrots. Then we were off to Target to look for a bathing suit for Cayden because we want to start taking him to the indoor pool at Lifetime Fitness. After our Target adventure it was off to Blockbuster to rent movies since Chad and I hadn’t seen a movie in a while. We ended up renting 4! Here are some pictures from dinner.
Sunday we took Cayden to the pool and he was not too fond of it. We will try again next weekend after his nap and bring some toys too and hopefully he will like it better!
Cayden tried bananas for the first time, but found it funny to throw them on the floor instead of eating them.
I wish I knew how to get him to eat ‘finger’ food other than cheerios, yogurt melts, and puffs. Any suggestions?!
