Milestones

1. We out to dinner Saturday night and they did not have any open tables except booths where high chairs can  not fit. So…we tried a booster! He did awesome!

2. Car seat has been turned around.

 

3. Cayden is now drinking Whole Milk…No more formula!!

4a. Drank out of a straw…

4b. Drank Mommy’s Peanut Butter and Banana shake from the Life Cafe at Lifetime. And it ended up being more of Cayden’s shake than Mommy’s.

One night this past week after his bath I blow dried Caydens hair without his brush and this is what happened…..

 

As you can tell…he did NOT like his hair, so Mommy fixed it!

 

And of course now that the weather is nicer….walks with Reggie are a must! Cayden loves his walks and he also loves hanging out in the swing.

Cayden the big boy

We got this chair from a gift exchange at Christmas and I took it out recently and Cayden loves sitting in his big boy chair!

Mom? What am I wearing tomorrow?

I think it’s time for nigh nigh Mommy…My blankie is calling my name!

 

This is another chair that Grandma Sandy. We played outside after Daddy went to school tonight and then decided to enjoy the weather sitting on his chair.

Cayden was walking around the chair and trying to move it. He wishes he could walk, but not yet!

 

We came inside and he hung out for a bit before bed.

I can’t believe Cayden is going to be ‘1’  in 12 days!!! Wow!!!!

April 10th, 2010 KC ROyals Vs. Boston Red Sox

Baseball season has officially started, which means the Wessel family will be going to lots of baseball games!

Saturday night was Caydens first baseball game of the season and his 6th baseball game.

We had fun and he was awesome! He did not want to take a nap Saturday and barely took one, so it was a surprise to me that he lasted the whole game. He tried hot dog, and soft pretzel, and of course we brought his goldfish and his cinnamon snacks. Justin came with us to the game too and even caught us a hot dog during the hot dog launch. We had awesome tickets! They were in the Sonic Slam seats right in front of the fountains. Thank goodness too, because it was hot when we got there so the water felt good.

 

Look who also came to the game, Carson & Avery. They stopped by at the end of the game to say Hi!

 

Blythe- this one is for you! Sorry that the White Sox lost him. But…at least now I can get you  pictures!

A walk with Mommy, Daddy, and Reggie

It was so nice today so after dinner, we took a walk on the bike path by our house. We also stopped by a new park they built along the path. Cayden LOVED the swing!

     

We also watched Reggie play frisbee…his favorite thing to do!

After our walk, it was time to play for a bit. Cayden really wanted to reach the numbers on the fridge, but he enjoys putting them in his mouth too much!
