This would be the first time since we have moved to Kansas, 7 years ago that Mommy’s Grandma is coming to visit. Lithia is Mommy’s godmother and she lives with GG and will be doing the driving. After stopping off for a day in Iowa City, Iowa it was off to Olathe, KS for GG and Lithia.
Thursday is was time to show GG and Lithia Mommy’s classroom. Cayden enjoyed showing off what he knows about Mommy’s classroom. IE: where the toys are!
Friday we decided to go to the pool. GG had a blast!
Hanging out at home…
What letter Cayden?
Coloring!
Hanging out on the couch watching Cars for the 1,000th time!
Cheese!
Reading the new Elmo book from GG and playing with the pillow pet with Lithia.
Hanging out in the basement and toy room!
Playing baseball in the driveway after dinner.
Saturday…time to show them the Plaza!
We decided to eat a “light” lunch at P.F. Changs! It was awesome! But…afterwards we thought we should show them more fountains and walk as much as GG could.
Cayden thought this fountain was funny because the horsey had a runny nose!
Thank you GG and Lithia for the "’money’s” to throw into the fountain!
Saturday night the clouds looks awesome! So, I just had to take a picture of them as we were playing outside on the driveway again.
Sunday morning basketball. GG was very proud of herself for making a basket, Cayden was impressed as well.
More money for Cayden’s piggy bank this time…HE LOVED putting his monies in his piggy bank. Thank you Lithia and GG for searching your wallets for money.
Time to go bye-bye. Thanks for coming to visit! Cayden had a blast!
Hugs for Lithia and Hugs for GG.
Bye-bye!
Saturday July 23rd we went to Des Moines for Jerm’s wedding. Here are pictures from that weekend.

It’s been a busy few weeks…and this week we leave for Corpus Christi, Texas…then when we get back it’s time for Mommy to go back to school/work. :-( It’s been an awesome summer, but it’s not quite over yet!
