Pirates, rainbows, and playing with friends!

Saturday was Pirate day at the Lifetime pool. Unfortunately the weather gods decided they wanted to interrupt our fun. However, we still got to spend some time at the pool.

 

Ahoy there! The older kiddos played limbo!

On a cool note…after the rain a beautiful rainbow came out. It was difficult to capture it on camera, but I tried.

Saturday night was dinner at the new Salty Iguana.

Happy Da-Da day Daddy!

Cayden gave his Daddy the Chelsea book. Chad got started reading it right away at the gym. Here’s to you Daddy! I love you!

It’s only Tuesday and we have already done all of this! Cayden can’t wait to see his KC Family friends on Wednesday and then the start of a very busy baseball game season starts Friday when the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Royals in KC!

New tricks, play dates, and Dinners with Daddy!

The guys all went to go watch the basketball game at The OP, so us girls took the kiddos to ice cream. How cute!

Tuesday it was off to our play date with the Madison Crew.

We met at Ironwoods park in Leawood for a puppet show. It was supposed to be outside, but it started drizzling, so change of plans…

After the show, we went to Erica and Bridgets house to continue our play date.

Cayden had lots of fun playing with Bridget, Jaxon, and his new friend Haley.

Cayden really enjoyed Bridgets horsey. It neighed, wagged its tail, and moved. He had a blast! Thank you Bridget for sharing your toys!

Cayden is really into climbing these days…he enjoyed climbing in and out of the ball pit.

Daddy has class Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights so we have been meeting him for dinner on those nights.

Monday was Pei Wei…not a great experience. The fire from the kitchen scared Cayden.

Tuesday was Chick-fil-a. HUGE success!
