Today was Cayden’s 1 year well doctor appt.
Here are his stats:
32 inches long
21 lbs. 8 oz.
And…Tooth #5 coming in!
Cayden is now on whole milk, eating more and more every day, and is starting to walk along the wall. Maybe walking IS in the near future!

One year ago at 9:16 a.m. a little boy named Cayden Michael Wessel was born. Cayden was 20 inches and 8 lbs. 4.9 oz. After going to the hospital the first time and being sent home only to return 2 hours later, we had a fun night talking in the labor & delivery room waiting for his arrival. Once Cayden arrived, the fun started and it has not stopped since.

Opening presents on Cayden’s Birthday Day
Thanks to everyone who came down from Iowa, Chicago, and Milwaukee to celebrate Cayden’s first birthday! Also, thanks to all of our friends that came out to help celebrate!
