Cayden played Wednesday night with the magnetic numbers on the fridge. He likes taking them off and throwing them and putting them into his mouth. Hehe, eventually he will understand
But then….At 4:30 a.m. Thursday he woke up with a fever. Poor baby! 
I ended up taking him to the doctor and he thought he had strep, but no strep. Just a fever that would not go away. It finally broke Saturday…but he is still on the mend. But…one good thing is that he is super extra cuddly!
It was 3:20 p.m.and I was getting ready to dismiss my kiddos from school. I took a look at my classroom door and at first my heart dropped. It was Chad standing there. Cayden had been sick, so I thought something was wrong. He hung out for the last 5 minutes of school and then gave me an envelope. In it was an early birthday card and coupons and then on the last page of the card was a ticket to the Taylor Swift concert, that night. I was shocked! Then…he showed me that he brought his gym bag and in it was my makeup, hair products, and 3 pairs of jeans, 5 shirts, socks, and a couple pairs of shoes. He told me to get changed we were going on a date. His dad had dropped him off at my school, so we only had 1 car there. I changed into more appropriate concert attire and off we were to the Sprint Center. I was totally surprised, I had not idea of any of these plans. The funny thing about it, was because I had no clue I threw my hair in a pony tail that morning. Soo….that’s why he brought my hair stuff. However, I decided to just keep my hair up. Too much work to get it wet and dry it, etc…
So…here are the concert pics! I took a lot of Taylor Swifts backgrounds because they were awesome!
By the way…never try to take pictures of yourself at a concert…We took many, but these are the only ones that turned out somewhat ok.
Seriously, those are the best we could do?!
Well…we had fun anyways!!! By the way…that was our first date with just the two of us since Cayden was born- we went on one when he was only a couple months old, but that was it.
