So cute! He kept saying “baketball!” and “Daddy” and “Slam Dunk” and clapping at every basket made.
We will be traveling starting Tuesday for our trek to see all the or most of the family for the holidays.

It was Chads last Monday/Tuesday class and I made dinner. I figured it wouldn’t be too difficult. Just make spaghetti bake and throw the noodles on the oven and cook the meat and then layer and bake. Ha! I did not factor in Reggie throwing up, Cayden sticking his hand in Reggies water a handful of times, Cayden needing a snack, Cayden playing in the pantry, Cayden’s water spilling all over the floor….
Here are some pictures I took in between cooking, just to show what a production it was.
Finally ready for the oven….Ooops….another thing I forgot…to preheat the oven!
So…apparently Caydens tail was bothering me, so I tried cutting it to make it more even.
Ooops! NEVER AGAIN!
Thanks to Cayden daycare provider, Jordyn for fixing my boo-boo as best as she could…we are lucky that she used to work at Shear Madness.
Friday night we ate dinner at home with Grandma and Grandpa Wessel and Justin, then we watched the Iowa basketball game.
Saturday night dinner at Jalapeño's was super fun! Cayden decided that it was time for him to start dipping his chips in salsa. So…he had a little bit of chip with A LOT of Salsa! It was hiliarious! He was eventually dipping his hand in and eating the salsa. We had to move the salsa and only give him plain chips. Then the cheese dip came and he was dipping his chip in the cheese dip and salsa and licking off the dips. Silly little man! He went from being super picky to enjoying salsa?! (Although he is still picky)
Cayden and Daddy laying watching football on Sunday! How cute is this?
Apparently Cayden does not like socks anymore! He did not wear feetie PJs last night to bed so he wore socks. Chad said this morning when he woke up one of his socks were off and as he changed his diaper he took his other one off.
Then…when we got home from the gym today he took his socks off. He decided he wanted to go barefoot today around the house. Maybe he knows that when he wears socks his feet get sweaty and stinky. Hehe!
Cayden has quite the personality lately and it so fun to watch! (most of the time) Except when the word NO happens a little too much!
I took so many pictures, so I decided to make some collages of the pictures to cut back on space.
Enjoy!
Cayden giving Jay a high five!
We got our family pictures taken at Target a couple weeks ago and I wanted to make a collage of some of my favorite pictures.

Mommy has been sick, but there’s always time for Cayden!
