Cayden rested with Daddy all day and then we went to Mommy’s Back to School work picnic.
Cayden was super sleepy when we got home from the picnic…he fell asleep on Chad in a funny position. How cute!
Mommy wanted to see how he looked in his Bumbo, and he really liked it. In 2 weeks we will actually get to use it to feed him!
I just wanted to capture some of Cayden’s sounds on video.
This was our last summer Tuesday play date before we all go back to work. We met up at Cheesecake Factory for lunch. We’ve been meeting since Cayden was 1 week old and we will miss Tuesday play dates once school starts. All four of us had our babies between March-July and all work at Madison Elementary as teachers. It really has been quite a bonding experience as well as a good social experience for our kiddos.

After lunch we took all four of the kiddos to Portrait Innovations for a group picture. They did so well and we had fun. We hope to do this every summer and watch our kiddos grow up together.

Cayden and I met up with Katie & Sophie for lunch at Panera and then we walked around Town Center because they were having their annual sidewalk sale. Some places had some great deals!

As you can tell they really enjoyed themselves.
When Chad got home from work we went for a walk. Cayden really enjoyed the trees and the sounds of nature.
Today Cayden watched Sesame Street for the first time. He liked and laughed a couple times too.
We met up with Jamie, Carson, & Avery for lunch at Chick-fil-a. They enjoyed their ice cream after they ate lunch.
After Cayden’s afternoon nap, he ate, and then kept talking. I tried catching some of it on video.
Our day started out with Parents as Teachers coming over. Cayden showed off his baby skills and even impressed his Mommy! Then it was off to Mommy’s school to help her put her room together since school starts in 2 weeks!
Ok…and taking naps!

We also took Cayden for his first professional pictures today. Here are a few sneak peeks, however we will be sending some of the pics out to family in the next week and we want some to be a surprise!
