Saturday night we went to Corporate Woods for Fireworks. Great-Grandpa was getting a little anxious for the them to start, but luckily Cayden was there to entertain us.
Here’s Grandpa Fred with Cayden waiting for fireworks to start.
Uncle Ari was trying to comfort Cayden because he was getting hungry. Instead, Cayden fell asleep in Uncle Ari’s arms.
It was a beautiful night, but apparently Great-Grandpa was cold. Sorry, we only had a Cardinals blankey.
Before fireworks we went to dinner at Jack Stack BBQ. Cayden enjoyed his BBQ too!
Grandpa Fred, Great-Grandpa Mark, & Uncle Ari enjoying their food.
Chad and I at dinner.
Thank goodness we finished our dinner, because Cayden had had enough! Chad took Cayden outside which seemed to have calmed him down. Here’s Chad outside the window by our table.
Before dinner we went to the Royals/White Sox Game at the ‘K’.
Relish won!
Jennifer Weaver was in from Boston and we met up with her in the outfield. Chad used to work with her at Sprint. We hadn’t seen her since her wedding in August.
Cayden enjoying the game.
Uncle Ari, Great-Grandpa, & Grandpa Fred watching the game.
Alexei Ramirez was Grandma Judi’s favorite player. Here’s a picture of him in Memory of Grandma Judi. One year ago, we were at the White Sox game in Chicago with her as she ate BBQ.

We went to dinner at Red Robin Friday night. Of course Grandpa was flirting with the waitress.
Before the family arrived we went to the Peters’ house for a 3rd of July BBQ.
Peters and Woods are getting ready to enter the Shawnee BBQ Contest. They smoked a ton of meet for over 12 hours.
Emmitt Peters enjoying his big baseball. Emmitt turned 1 in May.
Brady Woods enjoying the grass. Brady will be 9 months old in a couple weeks.
